The 25th National MLK Day of Service is January 16, 2012. This year Shoreline Community College will coordinate our annual MLK Day of Service Food Drive. Last year we had over 190 volunteers at 9 different stores. This year we’re expanding! MLK Day of Service Food Drive Team Leader Applications are available now (see attached). Team leaders are the backbone of the food drive. Each team leader, along with at least one co-leader, is in charge of an entire store site. Team Leaders can be individuals or choose to host a site for their club. If you want to participate, but not as a team leader, we will begin recruiting regular, shift volunteers in November.
