Our panel will focus on the digital revolution in health tracking and assessment – how mobile data collection
of behavior and health is empowering users and changing health care.

Technology is changing how the public engages in their personal health care. What started with pedometers and heart rate
monitors, has spurred the “Quantified Self” movement, and now encompasses digital educational materials, customized
feedback, and assessment of behavior and chronic diseases. Come learn from our panelists about new health monitoring
apps and programs that they are involved with. Join the discussion about the benefits and challenges of these new technologies.
