Kameron Matthews MD, JD, FAAFP and Current Deputy Executive Director of Provider Relations and Services in the Veterans Health Administration Office of Community Care will talk about her experience increasing access to care for veterans worldwide.

Tuesday, November 7: Treasure Hunt

Go for the gold during this year’s treasure hunt! Visit Health Professions Week websites and social media pages on your search for virtual HPW gold coins. Share those that you find on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook to be entered to win great prizes.

Wednesday, November 8: Health Professions Virtual Fair

From 9am – 9pm, high school and undergraduate students, guidance counselors, teachers and advisors are invited to “walk” through our virtual fair. Attendees can chat with clinicians and educators via any desktop, tablet or smart phone connected to the internet.

Thursday, November 9: Community Connect Day
|

#HPW2017 is going live! Attend an in-person event at a local school to learn more about your (or your students’) education and career possibilities. Post pictures of your interactions on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, and tag #HPW2017 to be entered to win great prizes!
